Control Room Particulars
The Control Room can be used in a number of ways:
-
As a control room for tracking. All audio signals within the studio route to the control room patch bay, allowing the use of outside preamps, channel strips, and/or A/D converters.
-
As a tracking room. Overdubs as an example, allow the artist and the recording engineer share the room. Pass-throughs to the Sound Locks allow for isolated recording of amplifiers (Head in control room cabinet in other area).
-
Specifically for mixing. guest hardware can be patched into the mix chain, allowing artists to bring any of their own equipment to be used.
-
As a hands-on classroom.
-
Projects can be completely recalled from storage located here at the studio.
